Serving size: 2-1/4 ounces, cooked
- 3 tablespoons rice milk
- 7 low sodium crackers, crushed
- 1 egg, white, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning (optional)
- 1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
- Combine milk and crackers in a bowl and let stand until crackers are soft.
- Stir in egg and seasoning; mix well.
- Add ground beef and mix well.
- Pat into 6 equal-size patties.
- Grill over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness (ground beef should be cooked to 165 degrees F).
